Previously holding a GS21 license for commercial and residential roofing in 2017 in NM, we proudly showcased this expertise in our marketing. We are currently in the process of acquiring a GB98 license to expand our consulting capabilities and support skyscraper-level projects in New Mexico for 2025, and beyond.

ARC Roofing, LLC operates as a consulting entity in the State of New Mexico, adhering to the highest standards of service in the construction and roofing industry. In compliance with New Mexico regulations, ARC ensures that all associated contractors are fully licensed, insured, and bonded as required by law.

Our consulting services include insurance support, financial oversight, operational planning, and project design. We provide guidance on warranty management, budgeting, quality control, and material sourcing. As a consulting firm, ARC Roofing, LLC facilitates regulatory compliance and supports clients by ensuring all direct construction and supervisory activities are performed by licensed contractors.

With over 40 years of experience in construction and insurance property loss consulting nationwide, we proudly advise clients on the latest methods in building practices and compliance with laws and ordinances. Additionally, we leverage our extensive expertise in insurance litigation to assist clients with property loss claims.

Consulting, Project Management & Paymaster Services
(ARC is not the contractor in the state of New Mexico)

ARC Restoration and SolarX, LLC (“ARC”) is engaged solely as a consulting, project management, administrative, and paymaster services firm. ARC does not perform, contract for, or offer to perform any construction, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or building services regulated under the New Mexico Construction Industries Licensing Act (CILA §60-13-3). ARC’s role is strictly limited to insurance claim consulting, scope development, documentation support, code-compliance guidance, scheduling, project oversight, and financial disbursement services.

United General Construction (“UGC”) is the licensed contracting entity of record for this project. All physical labor, construction activities, roofing work, mechanical/electrical/plumbing work, and all tasks requiring a New Mexico contractor license are performed exclusively by UGC under its active New Mexico licenses, bonding, and insurance.

ARC is authorized by UGC to act as the project’s administrative coordinator and paymaster. This includes receiving project funds, disbursing payments to subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating communications, organizing schedules, compiling documentation, and providing expert consulting to ensure code compliance and proper execution of the work being performed by UGC.

All contractors, subcontractors, and tradespersons participating in the work are fully licensed, insured, and bonded in New Mexico as required by CILA and CID. ARC does not hire subcontractors directly; all subcontracted labor is contracted through UGC under their licensing authority.

Client acknowledges and agrees that ARC’s function is advisory and administrative only, and that all construction-related obligations, warranties, workmanship liabilities, and building-code responsibilities rest solely with UGC as the licensed contractor. ARC provides no construction services and assumes no contractor-of-record status under New Mexico law.
